      The Schutt helmet system should be checked regularly to ensure the correct air pressure is maintained within the chamber system. The helmet's fit can be affected by various factors, such as air temperature, changes in altitude, hair length, valve damage, etc. Regular checks are therefore essential to guarantee a proper fit.

Keep your head upright. Do not push, ram, or strike an opponent with any part of this helmet or faceguard, and do not initiate contact with the helmet. This is a violation of the football rules and can result in serious brain or neck injuries, including paralysis or death, and possible injury to your opponent. In football, contact can cause concussion/brain injury, which no helmet can protect against. Symptoms include: loss of consciousness or memory loss, dizziness, headache, nausea, or confusion. If you experience any symptoms, stop immediately and report them to your coach, trainer, and parents. Do not return to play or contact until all symptoms have cleared and you have received medical clearance. Ignoring this warning could result in further and more serious or fatal brain injury. NO HELMET SYSTEM CAN PROTECT YOU FROM SERIOUS BRAIN AND/OR NECK INJURY, INCLUDING PARALYSIS OR DEATH. TO AVOID THESE RISKS, DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN FOOTBALL. Remember, this warning is extremely important. Significant rule changes have eliminated the head as the primary and first point of contact for blocking and tackling techniques.
