Nerion Athletics ("we" and "us") is the operator of nerionathletics.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund or find a replacement for the mentioned article.
2. Delivery times and shipping costs
2.1. Dispatchment
Orders placed before 14:00 - CET (UTC+01) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2.1.1. Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2.1.2. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. If the process of restock of the missing item takes up to more than a week, we will notify you about it, so that you can decide whether you prefer to wait for it to be back in stock and have it shipped to your address, or try and find an alternative for that item, or, in the worst case scenario, cancel the shipment of the article in question.
2.2. Delivery times
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 4 days. Shipments are deemed to be domestic when they take place within the bounds of the Iberian Peninsula.
Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the country and courier selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
2.3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, in the checkout section of our website.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1. Return Due To Change Of Mind
Nerion Athletics will not accept returns due to change of mind on the product. If, however, we made a mistake regarding the selection of size, color or any other customizable characteristic of the article, we will accept the return of such item and cover the shipping costs back to our facilities.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Nerion Athletics will refund the value of the goods returned as well as the shipping costs for the parcel's entire journey.
3.2. Warranty Returns
Nerion Athletics will happily honor any valid warranty claims. Any product sold by Nerion Athletics found to have a defect is subject to a repair, replacement, or refund policy in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. If there are issues with a product, please contact us with the order number, date it was placed, along with images clearly showing the issue and we will advise on how to proceed
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Nerion Athletics to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
- Refund to your payment method.
- Refund in store credit.
- Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
Nerion Athletics reserves the right to return the product to the customer (at the customer's expense) if no defect is found.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. This will be reflected on the courier’s website, through which the client will be able to check the status of their order.
5. Duties & Taxes
5.1. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. The sales tax is the general one applied in Spain which is 21%. You can check the price and taxes breakdown at the moment of processing the payment.
5.2. Import Duties & Taxes
For countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) the tax applied is the Spanish one and no import duties, taxes or additional fees will have to be paid upon arrival of the goods.
For those countries outside this region, taxes are not applied and prices shown on the website will appear as lower than those subject to the EEA's legistlation in the payment gateway. So, the payment of import duties, taxes or additional fees to be covered by the customer upon arrival of the goods in the destination country may be imposed by the customs authorities of such estate.
6. Cancellations
You have to simply send us a message in which you shall specify what happened to your order and what changes you would like to make to it.
Heads up! If the email gets to us after the order has been processed and accepted, within 1 day of having ordered and paid for your items, we will unfortunately not be able to make those changes happen.
7. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
7.1. Process for parcel damaged in-transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service about how to further proceed with the next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
