What are the delivery options and timeframes for orders?

The delivery options we put at your disposal are either delivery through the couriers DHL, UPS, DPD and FedEx for international orders (from 7 to 14 days within Europe), or Correos, GLS, Zeleris and SEUR for national ones (from 5 to 6 days).

If the location of your selected address is outside the EU area, the delivery time might take up to 12-22 workdays.

How do I get free delivery?

We currently do not offer free delivery, but it is a feature that will be included in our delivery section sometime soon.

Can my order be dispatched internationally?

Absolutely yes. Simply click on the delivery options, enter the address you want to have your order delivered to, and it will be done!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will send you an email with all the details about it, including: your receipt, specifications of the purchased products, estimated delivery time, courier that will carry out the delivery and a tracking code so that you can follow the status of your order at any time.

What is the personalisation policy?

We do not offer product personalisation yet, but will in the future. If you are a part of a team or represent a sports entity, and want custom clothing then contact us to start working together.

 
Can I use promo codes?

Yes, promo codes will be announced and put at the customer's disposal on either our website or in our bulletin, in the form of month discount, team discount, new membership, or Nerion Ambassador, in case the customer falls into that category.

 
What if I do not find the product I need?

We are constantly increasing the number of products we work with. Also, this website is still under construction, so in case you need anything, even a custom product, contact us and we will provide you what you need.

 
How can I change or cancel my order?

You have to simply send us a message in which you shall specify what happened to your order and what changes you would like to make to it.

Heads up! If the email gets to us after the order has been processed and accepted, within 1 day of having ordered and paid for your items, we will unfortunately not be able to make those changes happen.

What payment options can I use?

Nowadays, we accept payments to be made through the RedSys platform which allows the majority of European credit/debit cards. We also have enable the option of paying with Paypal, and even financing your orders with PayPal Credit. 

 

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

If you are unsatisfied for some reason, you have up to 14 days to return your order for a refund or exchange, as long as this reason complies with the paragraph below. Products must be returned with the original receipt/invoice, unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging.

If the product has to be returned because of disagreement from your side with the product, wrong sizing on your end or any other cause out of our jurisdiction as sellers, we will not refund the cost of such delivery.

If we, Nerionathletics, shipped the wrong item, or in the wrong colour, wrong size, or any other possible scenario in which we could be responsible of a mistake having been made, we will undoubtedly refund you for the cost of both shipments, the one to your address, and the one back to our facilities.

Where's my refund?

In case your petition complies with the required conditions, you will receive a full refund for your order through the same payment method you previously used to purchase your articles.

How do I clean my shoes, apparel or gear?

For any other item we sell, wash in fairly cold water (30°C/86°F , as not to damage the fabric.

 
How do I find the right size and fit?

Do products have a warranty?

Any product sold by Nerion Athletics found to have a defect is subject to a repair, replacement, or refund policy in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. If there are issues with a product, please contact us with the order number, date it was placed, along with images clearly showing the issue and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Any product returned due to a defect will be examined by staff upon receipt of the product. The repaired product or a replacement will be shipped in a timely fashion pending stock availability. Should a replacement product be unavailable a similar product shall be substituted as an alternative with the customer's agreement. Nerion Athletics reserves the right to return the product to the customer (at the customer's expense) if no defect is found.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

We are mainly focused on the European market but we also work with countries from all over the planet. Can we order a custom clothing service if we are not an american football team?

Absolutely yes! The equipment we sell is specific for American football and Flag Football but custom clothing and dietary supplements services are available for any sports.

Therefore, in case you want to order any of those services, we are more than happy to work with you.

 
Can we include a product that's not on your website?

Yes, you can! Take into count that we are constantly including new products on our website and also work with products on request that are not shown on this website. We most certainly will try our best to satisfy your request for equipment.

 
Do you offer discounts on big orders?

Depending on the volume of products you order there will be different offers. So, big volume orders will usually have discounts applied. Contact us so we can make a deal.

 
Do you advise on which dietary supplements will work better for me?

Our goal in these services is to offer you valuable value. We don't plan to sell you the maximum number of supplements possible but the ones you require.

Remember, this is a personalized service. That's why our service excels over others. We will study your case and we will offer your team the best supplement for each athlete.

 
Would you adapt designs to add advertising to our clothes?
